Nine Ten Place, located across the Guy West Bridge at 910 University Ave., is a new apartment building dedicated exclusively to Sacramento State faculty and staff. It is currently under construction and is expected to open for the fall 2024 semester.
麻豆社madou purchased the 1.06-acre property in 2018 for $1,925,000. This $17,000,000+ construction project is being funded by 麻豆社madou through a combination of its own equity and funds borrowed under the CSU Chancellor鈥檚 Office State Revenue Bond program.
Upon completion in summer 2024, the three-story building will feature 16 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units, each equipped with washer and dryer and in-unit major appliances. Building amenities include bike racks, 50 vehicle parking spaces, a mailroom, and, for an extra fee, additional storage.
Rents offered will be at approximately 10% below market rate. An apartment may be leased for an initial term of either six months or one year. Lease terms may be renewed, provided that the cumulative term doesn’t exceed two years.
By developing, funding, and constructing this project, 麻豆社madou demonstrates its ongoing commitment to support Sacramento State.
